Shipping, Tracking & Delivery
We ensure a smooth and reliable tracking process to keep you informed every step of the way.
Processing Time — We aim to process and ship all orders within 24–36 hours of purchase.
Shipping Charges — Shipping charges apply to all orders with a total value below ₹1,099.
Tracking Link — A product tracking link is provided once your order is dispatched from our hub.
Timeline — Our standard delivery window is 5–7 business days; however, delivery time may vary by location.
Communication — Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.

Exchange-Only & Cancellation Policy
The Kit Room does not offer cash or credit refunds. We provide exchanges exclusively for sizing errors or defective orders.
Exchange Window — An exchange request must be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.
Eligibility — The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, and invoice.
Our Error — If we send a defective product, The Kit Room will bear all shipping charges for the exchange.
Customer Choice — If the error is in the customer's choice of size, the customer bears the shipping charges for the exchange.
Exclusions — Exchanges are not applicable on orders placed during a sale or where a discount coupon was used.
Customised Items — Customised items are strictly non-returnable. The Kit Room is not responsible for errors (such as incorrect spelling or numbers) provided by the customer during ordering.
Cancellations — Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If your order is shipped within those 12 hours, cancellation will not be possible.

Price Adjustments — Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Service Alterations — We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
Liability Limitation — We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
