Changed your mind? No problem. At The Kit Room, we understand that plans can change. You are able to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, no questions asked — although we'd love to know what changed your mind so we can improve!
You have a full 12-hour window from the time of placing your order to request a cancellation — no questions asked.
Simply reach out through any of our contact channels within that window and our team will process your cancellation promptly.
If your order is shipped or fulfilled within those 12 hours, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it. Once dispatch begins, our standard Exchange-Only Policy applies upon delivery.
If you need to make any changes to your order — such as updating a size or shipping address — please contact us through any of our channels within 12 hours of placement.
Our customer care team will do their best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

Once the dispatch process has begun, the order is in the hands of our logistics partner and cannot be recalled.
