thekitroom.in does not offer cash or credit refunds. We provide exchanges exclusively for sizing errors or defective orders.

We provide exchanges exclusively for sizing errors or defective orders. No cash or credit refunds are offered.

If the size does not fit correctly, an exchange request can be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.

Exchange is not applicable if the order was placed during a sale or if a discount coupon was used at checkout.

Shipping Costs

If you receive a defective product or incorrect item compared to your original order, the company will bear all shipping charges to rectify the mistake.

If the item matches your order but you wish to exchange for a different size, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange process.

Custom Gear

Custom gear is unique to you and is non-returnable. We only accept exchanges for customized items if the customization is incorrect upon receipt.

If you receive a customized item with an error on our part, we will fully cover all costs to make it right — because your name on the back deserves to be correct.

Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions at the time of return:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed — the item must be in its original, pristine condition.

Undamaged with original tags attached — all manufacturer tags must remain intact.

Original packaging intact — including the invoice and courier receipt. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
