REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At The Kit Room, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Customers must provide unboxing video proof for damaged/wrong items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Jerseys with custom names/numbers.

• Items purchased on clearance or sale (if applicable).

• Minor thread variations or slight color differences (common in apparel production).

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.
